Never too late to put plants in a vegetable “garden”

Memorial Day Weekend is just about over.

Some people think that they should have had their garden in and all planted long ago.

But it is never too late to start a garden.

Whether you are turning over a new patch of ground to put in a huge garden, or bought a nice pot that needs a plant…it is not too late.

We’ve had nice rainy weather the last few days, with some warm and sunny  breaks in between the rain.  We still have some nice organically raised vegetable plants for sale, including heirloom tomatoes and a large variety of pepper plants.

We’ve been harvesting out of the garden; adding peas of various types, salad greens and several types of squash from our garden to our meals.  Fresh picked is awesomely delicious. And nutritious.

We have some plants on sale too.  Whether you buy your plants from us, or from someone else, tuck a few more in to a space at your home.  There will be a nice harvest in your future.
